Rabeena Mussalin joined Thompson, Tooze, McLean & Elkin as an associate in 2008, after completing her articles with a well-known Toronto civil litigation firm, and her call to the bar.

Rabeena earned her Bachelor of Arts degree With Distinction from the University of Toronto. While pursuing her LL.B from Osgoode Hall Law School, Rabeena volunteered with the Community & Legal Aid Service Programme, providing assistance and access to the justice system to disadvantaged individuals; she continues to be an active member of the community.
Rabeena’s practice is concentrated on insurance litigation involving personal injury actions arising from occupier’s liability and motor vehicle accidents. She has advocated for her clients throughout the litigation process, including several jury trials, and appears regularly before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
